We are proudly a contracted, in network provider with Medicare.  Most of our patients with Medicare have only a small copay, or pay nothing at all for these in-home physical therapy services.  We do not charge a travel or convenience fee for providing these services in home vs in a clinic.   

At this time, we are currently out of network with all commercial insurance and Medicare Advantage plans.  We are happy to verify out of network benefits for your unique insurance plan and provide you with a good faith estimate of your costs for in-home PT prior to your first session.  We are able to provide you with all information necessary for you to submit claims to your insurance for reimbursement. 

We also accept private, direct pay for interested patients who do not have Medicare.  We are able to accept cash, check, and credit card payments.
